Covid - 19 Useful Information

The situation with COVID-19 is unprecedented and it is normal to feel stressed out and afraid for you and your loved ones.  After all, you may feel a threat towards different aspects of your life: your health, your job, your financial security, your future... On the other hand, some might be in denial and refuse to believe that the situation is serious and ignore recommendations from health authorities.

Have a plan: if needing to self-isolate or quarantine, make sure you have two weeks of supplies at home. This includes food, over the counter medication and supplements. Make sure you have supplies to continue practicing self-care activities. If living alone, make a plan to check in by phone or video with friends and family.
